Movement Monday-Walking
I already expressed my love for walking, and all of its many health benefits. If you want to read all about that head over to this post. But as part of Movement Monday, I’d like to offer tools to help you move more. All you need for walking is a comfortable pair of shoes. Well, not even those if you live near the beach. Soft sand is amazing for walking. I live for my morning walks when I’m in Florida. I will share some fun tools if you want to up your walking game, but for now, as Nike so eloquently put it, just do it.
